Monday – Friday; 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator to join their production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting equipment to produce high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, works efficiently, and understands the importance of safety and consistency in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate die cutting machines according to job specifications
- Load materials and ensure proper alignment and cutting accuracy
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and operational
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Previous die cutting experience required
- Ability to read and follow work orders and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
