As a Material Handler, you’ll play a vital role in the flow of materials throughout the production process. From inventory control to kitting and staging, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality at every step. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and thrives in a manufacturing environment.

• Prepare and kit materials according to work order specifications
• Inspect, count, and verify components and assemblies
• Ensure proper documentation and labeling of materials
• Transport materials between departments/facilities with accurate paperwork
• Operate forklifts to stage or rack materials (training provided if needed)
• Perform routine cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and staging areas
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Forklift operation experience preferred (training available)
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
• Strong math and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify issues and take corrective action
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality

• Physically active role; indoor and outdoor settings
• Regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to be comfortable wearing at the job:
  • Metatarsal-guard boots
  • Safety glasses
  • Hearing protection
  • Gloves (as needed)

The pay range for this role is: 23 - 23 USD per hour (Tualatin HQ)
