The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

This leadership position involves working with the Lam CSBG Hardware, Software and Process/Product Engineering teams to enable quicker cycles of engineering learning and timely demo execution to secure/maintain customer business.

• Oversee daily lab operations, including scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Handle budgeting, inventory control, and procurement of lab supplies.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and quality.
• Regularly report on lab performance metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and propagate best practices with other Lam lab teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of lab experience, 5+ years in a team lead role.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years of lab experience, 10+ years in a team lead role, and 5+ years in a supervisory role.
