Overview

Join a world leader in intelligent process management. At iGrafx, we believe the right process can create a competitive advantage. With iGrafx, our customers’ goals are prioritized, executed, and ROI is achieved. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong track record of leading complex, six-figure SaaS deals within Financial Services. This role requires a seasoned professional who can navigate enterprise sales cycles, engage senior executives across business and IT, and deliver measurable business outcomes through process intelligence and digital transformation solutions.

Our

Core Values

At iGrafx, we believe in empowering our people to make an impact. We value integrity, teamwork, accountability, and customer success above all. Our mission extends beyond revenue; we help clients achieve operational excellence, manage risk, and accelerate transformation through the power of process intelligence.

At iGrafx you will:
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through solution design, executive alignment, negotiation, and close. Focusing on business outcomes rather than features.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, conduct discovery, develop business cases, negotiate commercial terms, and close multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Engage senior executives across operations, transformation, risk, and compliance to align iGrafx solutions with strategic initiatives in digital transformation, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Use consultative and value‑based selling methods (MEDDPICC, Challenger, ROI modeling) to diagnose challenges, quantify improvement opportunities, and build business cases that justify investment.
  • Develop multi‑threaded account strategies and build long‑term relationships across business and IT to expand iGrafx’s footprint within complex global enterprises.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful demos, proofs‑of‑concept, and post‑sale adoption plans that ensure measurable ROI and retention.
  • Work closely with the Channel and Partner ecosystem to co‑sell and extend iGrafx reach into new markets and industry verticals.
  • Represent iGrafx at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events, positioning the company as a thought leader in Process Intelligence and digital transformation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting within CRM, applying disciplined opportunity management and rigorous qualification standards.
  • Champion customer success by ensuring clear outcomes, quantified value realization, and the foundation for ongoing expansion and renewal.
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads through outbound prospecting, inbound follow‑up, and targeted account‑based engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, presales, and services to support strategic pursuits and client enablement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close.
  • Experience selling into Financial Services organizations (banks, credit unions, insurance, or asset management).
  • Strong understanding of process management, automation, and/or process intelligence technologies.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C‑level executives (CRO, COO, CIO, CCO).
  • Skilled in value‑based and consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and ROI‑based selling.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and business teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced business or technical degree preferred.
