Your RoleMES Specialist
The MES Specialist will be responsible for MES configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead or support MES-related projects throughout the entire life cycle, from initial intake to post-implementation support.
- Support successful domestic and international deployments of LYNQ MES and act as a liaison between business users, IT and vendors.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize LYNQ MES to align with production workflows and business goals.
- Train end-users and develop documentation for MES processes and best practices and provide technical support and guidance to MES users.
- Develop comprehensive reports and perform data analysis to support strategic business decision-making.
- Strong technical skills, including project management, system implementation, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses a “teamwork mindset” to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tenacious in problem solving and conflict resolution.
- B.S. in related business function or technical discipline (Business Information Systems, Computer Science), or equivalent education.
- 5+ years of experience in a combination of systems analysis, development and customer support.
- 1+ years of experience working with LYNQ MES in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and how LYNQ MES integrates with them.
- Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and shop floor operations.
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
