Kaiser Permanente - [Medical Office Assistant / Admitting Clerk] As a Registration Representative at Kaiser Permanente, you'll:
Greet and register patients for various medical care in the clinic setting;
Verify the patient demographic and insurance information with the patient;
Verify Insurance Eligibility and Benefits (including policy limitations) for all payers using approved system to check for eligibility and benefit information;
Interview patient to obtain/determine payer source, financial and demographic information and obtain appropriate signatures.
