Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this phone-based role include:

• Primarily responsible for checking in and out new/established patients in an efficient and timely manner.
• Promotes efficient physician scheduling and patient access by properly scheduling and rescheduling patients’ appointments according to all office protocols and physician requests.
• Obtaining and completing insurance information.
• Answering phones on multi‑line system.
• Updating registration and EMR records as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hiring range, based on experience and credentials:

• Level I: $19.59 - $26.51 per hour.
• Level II: $21.55 - $29.16 per hour.
• Level III: $23.71 - $32.07 per hour.

Workdays:
This role is located at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Plaza
1. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, (8:00 am-5:00 pm).

Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience, and values, including:

• Minimum of one (1) year work experience, preferably in a medical office is strongly preferred. Specialty care Urology experience is a plus!
• Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is strongly preferred. Epic experience is a super plus!
• Familiarity with insurance and referral processes.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
• A commitment to patient‑focused care, privacy, and safety.
