Wellness Worker-Vaccinator-CA/OR/WA-West Region – Labcorp
OverviewLab Corp Employer Services is a leading provider of biometric testing services and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. We are seeking licensed healthcare professionals to administer vaccinations at clinics across Oregon, Washington, and Northern California.
SummaryEligible candidates will have the ability to assign themselves to clinics in their area through our scheduling system. Comprehensive pre‑clinic training on LES protocols is provided. Staff are responsible for the setup, execution, and teardown of clinics while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Duties / Responsibilities- Administer vaccinations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor participants during vaccination and manage adverse reactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a comfortable environment.
- Receive and transport all clinic supplies, including vaccine.
- Set up and clean up clinic sites.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
- Submit participant PHI and post‑clinic documentation promptly and accurately.
- Return unused clinic supplies in a timely manner.
- Execute any additional duties and tasks as assigned.
- Valid, up‑to‑date license (RN, LPN, LVN, NP, PA, Registered Pharmacist, etc.) in the state of administration.
- Minimum of one year experience administering vaccinations.
- Proficient in taking blood pressure.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Willingness to receive and return clinic supplies.
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic tablet and computer proficiency.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Legal age of 18 or older.
- Lifts 15–30 pounds at times.
January 1, 2025 – January 17, 2025
Pay Range$18–$37 per hour
BenefitsEligible employees working 20 or more hours per week receive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
