Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

We're partnering with a well‑known, well‑respected organization in Lake Oswego to support their search for a Controller who will play a key leadership role in overseeing core accounting operations and strengthening the financial foundation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to senior leadership
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close, financial reporting, and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance internal controls
• Manage, mentor, and develop a small, high‑performing accounting team
• Partner cross‑functionally to support operational and organizational decision‑making
• Contributing to a stable, well‑established, and values‑driven environment

Title: Controller

Compensation: Up to $140K + competitive benefits
