Finance Manager​/Analyst

Finance Manager / Analyst – 3‑month contract (Immediate need) –
Tualatin, OR (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $50–$56 per hour.
Benefits: health insurance, 401(k), paid sick leave (depending on location).

• Support Finance Strategy and Operations including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Oversee Finance Coordinators and support daily finance operations
• Manage client billing, GL reviews, reclasses, and management reporting
• Coordinate PO approvals, invoice tracking, and expense report approvals
• Prepare Excel‑based financial reports, trackers, and pivot tables
• Perform account and cost center reconciliations
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting support
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations

• College graduate required
• 5+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or finance management
• Strong knowledge of cash and accrual accounting
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, GL, billing, and reconciliation
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Comfortable with Excel‑based questions/quiz during the interview
