Job Description:

We offer Psychiatrists across full-time and part-time roles with a focus on outpatient care. Flexible work schedules and a strong emphasis on work/life balance.

• Outpatient psychiatry with medication management and psychotherapy as requested.
• Set caseload and determine number of patients to see based on preference and practice needs.

• Fully licensed in Oregon, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experience with adults or child and adolescent patients across the lifespan.
• Preferably reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).

• Tualatin, OR. Locations throughout the area to facilitate commuting.
• Monday - Friday with weekends optional.
• Flexible schedule to support work/life balance; hybrid between office and home where applicable.

• Competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential; range of $400,000 to $460,000.
• 100% outpatient work; no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
