About the Company
Our client is a well‑established organization in the manufacturing sector, known for stability, steady growth, and a collaborative team culture. They are seeking a confident, detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist who can manage AR processes independently while contributing to a supportive, cross‑trained accounting team.
LocationLocation: 3 days per week in Tualatin, 2 days per week in NE Portland
Schedule: Standard business hours; some flexibility for the right candidate
Compensation: $27-$30/hour, depending on experience
- Manage full‑cycle Accounts Receivable, including billing, collections, and reconciliations
- Accurately process incoming payments and maintain customer account records
- Utilize Quick Books (Pro strongly preferred) to manage AR functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide backup support to Accounts Payable; cross‑training included for team coverage
- Assist with process improvements and uphold a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
- 2-3 years of hands‑on Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books (Pro preferred)
- Ability to manage AR responsibilities confidently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills
- Experience or exposure to Accounts Payable is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
