This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Controller  Controller will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial statements, reports and analysis. The role includes engaging with the selected independent accounting firm for financials, tax work and shareholder communications. Responsibilities also encompass the area of Information Technology, fostering and developing an administrative team capable of supporting WSM’s growth and the achievement of its vision.

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Accounting experience required: a minimum 7 years in a manufacturing or related industry, including cost accounting, and a minimum 3 years as a supervisor or manager
• Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting skills using computer modeling and sophisticated consolidation techniques
• Demonstrated leadership skills embracing the principles of employee empowerment
• Proficiency in financial reporting and preparing financial statements
• Experience with e‑commerce financial functions a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or MBA is preferred
