Apply a solution-focused approach to guide decision-making and care planning.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with statutory requirements and best practice.

SWE registration and a recognised Social Work qualification

Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience

Confidence in undertaking mental capacity assessments and safeguarding work

A proactive, community-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
