Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer – Cornwall

Mobile | Full-Time | Permanent

Mobile role covering Cornwall, with approximately 60% refrigeration and 40% air conditioning work. Working across retail sites, hospitality and a range of other commercial properties, carrying out reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance. Customer‑facing, varied and focused on delivering high standards. On‑call rota is well managed and clearly structured.

• Salary £42,000‑£48,000 depending on experience
• Door‑to‑door pay
• 30 days holiday including bank holidays
• Paid lunch break
• Company phone, fuel card and expenses card
• PPE, uniform, specialist tools or tool allowance
• Ongoing training and clear progression routes

• Experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning
• Valid F‑Gas qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault‑finding skills and good health and safety awareness
• Hydrocarbons, OEM training or CO₂ experience would be advantageous but not essential
• On‑call is currently 1 in 4 with plans to be 1 in 6
