Dowling Dodd is growing and we are looking for a full time, permanent Surveyor to cover a range of stunning locations including Polzeath, Crantock, St Ives, Falmouth, St Mawes, Perranporth, Port Isaac and Fowey.

Dowling Dodd, Cornwall’s No.1 Property Surveyors, are a long established firm specialising in Surveys and Valuations across the County and are now looking to recruit a Surveyor to fulfil exciting growth plans for 2026.

Our core business is providing sound, professional advice to buyers in the form of Level 2 Home Surveys, Building Surveys, Valuations and some Mortgage Valuation work. The properties we survey cover the whole spectrum from modern terraced two bed houses and cottages to coastal and country homes for some very high net worth clients and we have always ensured that everyone gets the same friendly and professional advice.

Attitude is key; we are looking for an individual who is understanding, empathetic and driven. We want to hear from you if you’re looking for new opportunities and challenges. This is a fully supported role with opportunities for training and CPD, mentoring and support.

Experience:

ideally 2 years post qualification.

• Carry out surveys and valuations as part of our core business (Level 2 Home Surveys, Building Surveys, Valuations and some Mortgage Valuation work).
• Provide sound, professional advice to buyers and clients.
• Engage with clients across Cornwall, including locations such as Polzeath, Crantock, St Ives, Falmouth, St Mawes, Perranporth, Port Isaac and Fowey.
• Work in a fully supported environment with training, CPD, mentoring and ongoing support.
