Senior Sous Chef required for a kitchen in Cornwall offering a Rosette level of food in the kitchen, live‑in is available at only £310 a month. The hotel has stunning views, you will love the location as well as the food they serve.
The RoleAs a senior sous chef you will manage a team in the kitchen with the head chef, you will support the head chef to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is also a hands‑on role and will include cooking. This role includes all the standard senior sous chef duties.
ExperienceWe are looking for a senior sous chef with a Rosette background, good knife skills and able to cook a range of dishes.
