Following a significant investment in our cardiac catheterisation lab, including a complete refurbishment with state-of-the-art facilities and the addition of new equipment, we are expanding our services.

The cardiology service currently provides a range of outpatient clinics, diagnostic testing for both in-patients and outpatients, and our lab offers a range of procedures including elective angiography, PCI, device implantation, Cardiovert ion and Transoesophageal echocardiography.

Demonstrable competence in supporting cath lab activity, including Angiography, PCI and device implantation is essential.

Suitable applicants must have the ability to work under pressure and be able to work well as part of the team. They will show a willingness to learn to further develop their knowledge and skills.

Services that Duchy offers include elective surgery including orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, plastics, gynaecology and ophthalmology delivered through our 4 operating theatres – all with laminar flow. We also have an Ambulatory Care Unit and Inpatient ward. In addition, we also provide busy outpatient, physiotherapy and cardiology service including cardiac cath lab.
