• Assemble components to create finished agricultural machinery
• Work Monday‑Thursday, Friday off
• Use hand and power tools during the assembly process
• Meet production targets and maintain quality standards

• Assembly Operative or similar, or a hands‑on individual
• Experience with assembly of machinery or related field
• Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions
• Commutable distance to Blackwater or nearby locations
