We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to enhance our skilled team, supporting diverse production processes and building services. Day-to-Day of the Role:
Work closely with the production team to undertake planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across all business functions. Utilise your engineering skills to develop solutions and support continuous improvement activities to optimise processing performance. Assist the Engineering Manager and projects team with new equipment installations, including industrial wiring tasks. Engage in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to rapidly diagnose and resolve control and instrumentation faults.

Collaborate with suppliers and third-party resources for maintenance tasks. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Preferably a 60/40 electrical bias. Engineering qualification such as an apprenticeship with HNC, ONC, or equivalent. Practical electrical and mechanical experience within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with safe work environments and systems such as Permit to Work; IOSH certification is preferable.

Experience with pumps, motors and inverters, steam systems, pipework, compressed air systems, and more. Knowledge of food-grade areas and HACCP systems. Computer literacy in Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Benefits:
