Service Manager – Vertu Land Rover Truro

Basic salary with an OTE of£65,000, a company car

The Role

As Service Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Aftersales operation. You will:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Service Advisor and Workshop teams
  • To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
  • To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
  • To ensure that the manufacturers standards are always adhered to.
  • To make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained.
  • To monitor colleague performance.
About You

We’re looking for an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager
  • Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate
  • A passion for delivering 5‑star customer service
  • Excellent organisational and commercial awareness
  • Experience with in a premium or franchised dealership (desirable but not essential)
