Service Manager – Vertu Land Rover Truro

Vertu Land Rover Truro is seeking a high‑performing Service Manager to lead our exceptional Aftersales department, elevate the customer experience, and ensure manufacturer standards are upheld. We are offering up to£50,000
Basic salary with an OTE of£65,000, a company car

As Service Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Aftersales operation. You will:
- Lead, motivate and develop the Service Advisor and Workshop teams
- To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
- To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
- To ensure that the manufacturers standards are always adhered to.
- To make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained.
- To monitor colleague performance.
We’re looking for an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager
- Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate
- A passion for delivering 5‑star customer service
- Excellent organisational and commercial awareness
- Experience with in a premium or franchised dealership (desirable but not essential)
