Diamond Search Recruitment is supporting a specialist care provider with the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager to lead a complex needs service in Truro.
This service supports individuals with highly complex needs, and we are seeking a Registered Manager with a strong background in learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour.
The RoleYou will hold overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and develop your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive positive outcomes for those you support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and oversee person-centred, compliant care services
- Ensure health, safety, safeguarding, and regulatory standards are met
- Recruit, manage, coach, and develop staff teams
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and staff deployment
- Use IT systems to manage incidents, audits, training, and quality assurance
- Work collaboratively with local authorities and external professionals
- Drive continuous service improvement
- Registered Manager experience within regulated care services
- Background supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Confident managing compliance, people, and operational performance
