Registered Manager – Complex Needs Service

Diamond Search Recruitment is supporting a specialist care provider with the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager to lead a complex needs service in Truro.

This service supports individuals with highly complex needs, and we are seeking a Registered Manager with a strong background in learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour.

The Role

You will hold overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and develop your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive positive outcomes for those you support.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver and oversee person-centred, compliant care services

* Ensure health, safety, safeguarding, and regulatory standards are met

* Recruit, manage, coach, and develop staff teams

* Manage budgets, staffing levels, and staff deployment

* Use IT systems to manage incidents, audits, training, and quality assurance

* Work collaboratively with local authorities and external professionals

* Drive continuous service improvement

About You

* Registered Manager experience within regulated care services

* Background supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Confident managing compliance, people, and operational performance

* Passionate about delivering outstanding care
