We’re expanding our Adult Social Care Legal Team! This brand-new role focuses on supporting the Council’s Charging and Assessment Team to recover unpaid care costs and maintain our high standards of service.
You’ll handle a mix of straightforward and complex debt recovery matters, including:
- ✅ Deprivation of assets
- ✅ Financial Deputies & Lasting Power of Attorney
- ✅ Enforcement of judgments
- ✅ Understanding the limits of Council charging powers
