This is a fantastic opportunity to join our flexible workforce supporting the hospital and colleagues to provide excellent patient care.
- To work as a skilled member of the nursing team, provide a high standard of compassionate patient-centred care, lead and supervise the work of other qualified and unqualified staff within the team and communicate effectively at all levels within the multi-disciplinary team.
- To be able to take charge of the ward in the absence of senior nursing staff, as deemed appropriate by the Ward Sister / Charge Nurse or Clinical Matron.
