A leading healthcare provider in Cornwall is seeking a legally qualified professional to join their supportive Legal Team for a fixed term of 12 months. The successful candidate will manage a mixed case load including contentious inquests, clinical negligence, and personal injury claims, representing the Trust at Coroners Courts. This role requires experience in healthcare law and provides the opportunity to develop specialized knowledge while assisting in the accurate management of legal claims and inquests.
