Carrington Wood is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation as they look to appoint a Management Accountant. This is a pivotal position within a busy Finance team, offering variety, responsibility and the chance to contribute to meaningful work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Leading on monthly Management Accounts
✔ Completing balance sheet reconciliations
✔ Preparing VAT returns and supporting statutory accounts
✔ Working closely with budget holders across the organisation
✔ Supporting internal and external auditors
✔ Assisting with forecasting, cashflow and treasury management
✔ Providing flexible support across the Finance function

What We’re Looking For:

💡 Experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role
💡 Strong technical accounting skills and month-end experience
💡 Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
💡 Confident communicator who enjoys working with non-finance colleagues
💡 A proactive, solutions-focused team player
