Truro and Penwith College are looking for a passionate and talented Barbering professional to join our vibrant and successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone motivated to inspire and support learners on our Level 2 Barbering programme, delivering hands-on training in our industry-standard salons and helping shape the next generation of skilled barbers. Working as part of a friendly and experienced department, you will deliver high quality practical and theory sessions, helping students develop the core technical and professional skills needed for progression into the barbering industry.

• Deliver high quality practical and theory sessions for Level 2 Barbering, in industry-standard salons.
• Help learners develop core technical and professional skills for progression into the barbering industry.

• Holds a Level 3 (or above) Barbering or Hairdressing qualification and has strong, up to date industry experience.
• Has the ability to motivate and inspire young people to achieve their goals.
• Is committed to providing outstanding teaching, learning and support.
• Holds, or is willing to work towards, a recognised teaching qualification.
• Ideally holds an assessor qualification (desirable but not essential).
