• Plan and lead engaging Forest School sessions
• Create hands-on, nature-based learning opportunities
• Encourage exploration, risk-taking and imaginative outdoor play
• Track children s developmental progress and support individual needs
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create an inspiring outdoor environment

• Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification and Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working with young children (e.g. Nursery Practitioner, EY Practitioner, Forest School Assistant)
• Strong understanding of child development
• Passion for outdoor learning and nature-based education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted standards
• Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid required (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: £14.00 to £15.00 per hour - based on qualifications/experience

Expected hours: 19 - 38 per week (part time or full time hours are available)
