Paint Sales Associate Floater (Norwalk/Fairfield/Westport/Wilton/Trumbull/Stratford)

Full‑time position at Ring's End, Inc. The successful candidate will work in multiple paint centers across Fairfield County, assisting customers with color selections, handling sales, maintaining showroom, processing transactions, and managing inventory.

Connecticut‑based lumber and building materials retailer serving Connecticut, South County Rhode Island, and Westchester County New York. Family‑run since 1902, focusing on service, innovation, and employee development.

• Assist clients with color choices and product selection.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product organization.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions and create purchase orders.
• Stock shelves and deliver materials to contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Travel among multiple company locations.
• Promote Ring's End products to existing and potential customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and suggest solutions.

• Previous retail or sales experience in painting materials preferred.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and detail‑focused.
• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driving record.
• Fluent in English;
  Spanish fluency is a plus.
