Qorali is proud to be partnering with a highly successful global organisation embarking on a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) programme. We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support end users, drive system adoption, and help shape the organisation’s global transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for a D365 expert who thrives on collaboration, process optimisation, and enabling business stakeholders to get the most from their F&O solution.
- Support end users in documenting end‑to‑end process flows, business scenarios, Work Instructions, and SOPs.
- Guide users through critical test cases and process variations within D365 F&O.
- Lead preparation and delivery of system demos, walk-throughs, and release/change request reviews.
- Support business process testing, functional design activities, and configuration discussions.
- Assist with Hypercare following global deployments, including office-hours support for Super Users.
- Conduct or support change impact assessments and communicate upcoming system changes.
- Where appropriate, deliver D365 F&O training (classroom, virtual, or hybrid).
- Prepare training exercises, knowledge checks, and supporting datasets.
- Help develop training materials, reference guides, and other user-facing documentation.
- Focus areas include:
Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Advanced Warehousing. - 3–5 years hands-on experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong functional knowledge in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Advanced Warehousing.
- Experience supporting D365 implementations in global organisations.
- Confident presenter with strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Skilled at gathering business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP certification is a plus.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices) is an advantage.
- Bonus: experience with ISV solutions, data migration, reporting, or testing frameworks.
