Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Nurture the development of RBTs, BTs, and BCBA candidates through clinical supervision and mentorship
- Support clients and families directly, nurturing meaningful bonds and maintaining the highest standards of compassionate and ethical care
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and behavioral success
- Work in partnership with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, Functional Behavior Assessments, etc.) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities

Must-Have Qualifications- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in developing and overseeing ABA programs
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practices
