Job Description

Led by the community's Director of Health and Wellness, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Managers (CNA) to assist residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.

Schedule
  • Full‑time:
    Combination of Day and Evening shifts with weekend availability – 6:00 am – 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Per Diem:
    Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts – 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Salary

$21.00 – $21.10 per hour.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding as outlined in their care plan
  • Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality of all residents
  • Escort residents to meals and activities
  • Ensure all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts
  • Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift
  • Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor
Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred
Physical Abilities
  • Perform duties that often require standing, walking, sitting, using fine and gross motor skills, reaching with hands and arms, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing and smelling
  • Lift or carry up to 50 lbs; lift and support residents with proper body mechanics
