We are looking for an journeyman carpenter with a minimum 5 years experience. You will make repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. Follow procedures for accessing & obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, & other items from vendors by tracking inventory used, returning items & notifying management about re-ordering needs. Complete documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate & complete fashion so that service request can be appropriately documented & tracked.

Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents & others with respect, answering resident questions, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, & completing assigned work orders with efficiency & urgency. Must have a reliable vehicle & license. Must be able to work in all weather conditions(rain, snow, heat, wind, sleet) some spanish speaking is helpful
