We are looking for a Journeyman Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Following procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from vendors, tracking inventory used, returning items, and notifying management about re-ordering needs.
• Completing documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly to ensure proper service request documentation and tracking.
• Demonstrating customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, responding sensitively to complaints, and completing work orders efficiently and with urgency.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, wind, sleet).
• Some Spanish speaking skills are helpful.
