Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Truckee, CA for a Catering Sales Manager. The Catering Sales Manager is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling catering sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Conducts day-to-day activities related to catering sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.

Achieves personal sales goals.

Qualifications Summary:

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience
• OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience

Core Skills & Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships to drive bookings
• Actively engages in sales activities including prospecting, sales calls, and upselling
• Understands market trends and customer needs to maximize revenue
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
• Delivers exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards

The hourly pay range for this position is $33.17 to $41.35.
