Barista​/Tea Bar Attendant

, we believe in joy, calm, and community — and that nothing can’t be solved over a cup of tea. As a Barista, you’ll be the heart of that experience. From crafting boba drinks and beautiful tea lattes to greeting regulars by name, you’ll help create a space where everyone feels welcome.

• Prepare hot, iced teas and boba teas with consistency and care
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
• Keep the tea bar clean, stocked, and organized
• Bag blended loose leaf teas for to go orders
• Engage warmly with guests, answer tea questions, and share recommendations
• Help with restocking retail tea, baked goods, and merchandise displays
• Support special events and afternoon tea parties as needed

• Enjoy connecting with people and creating calm, happy moments
• Are organized and work well in a fast-paced but friendly environment
• Love loose leaf tea, boba, or café culture
• Have prior café, retail, or hospitality experience (a plus, but not required!)
