Martis Valley Lodge , Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Truckee-Tahoe is Truckee's newest mountain lodge and has recently re-opened following a multi-million dollar renovation! Our team at Trailhead Social, Martis Valley Lodge's new restaurant and bar, is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff
- Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
- Oversee food and beverage operations at the hotel;
