• $84,000 – $90,000 average yearly pay
• 2,500 – 2,700 miles per week
• Up to $0.745 CPM (regional & local blend)
• $20–$30 per stop pay
• $25/hr breakdown pay (after 2 hours)
• $20/hr safety & hourly pay
• $100 weekly reliability bonus
• Paid 3-day training (miles + stop pay)

• Schedule:
  Tuesday – Saturday
• Start Time: 10:00 PM
• Home multiple times weekly — out only 2–3 nights/week

• No-touch freight
• Drop & hook outbound store deliveries
• Primary lanes:
  Pleasant Prairie & Lansing → Chicago suburbs (NO city driving)
• 85–90% suburban routes
• Trucks remain at the account during home time
• Slip seating only during scheduled maintenance
• Lunch provided during orientation

• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience
• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days
• Clean driving record & safety-focused attitude
