Community Veterinary Clinic is seeking an associate veterinarian to join our family-owned practice in Dayton, Ohio. Whether you're a new graduate finding your footing or an experienced DVM looking for a supportive environment, we're committed to helping you grow into the veterinarian you aspire to be. • Structured Mentorship Program

  You'll be paired with a dedicated senior veterinarian who will provide guidance, answer questions, and help you navigate complex cases.

  We won't throw you into the deep end. Your caseload will start with straightforward appointments and gradually increase in complexity as you build confidence and competence.
• Real-Time Support
  :
  Never feel alone in an exam room. Senior doctors are always available for consultations, case discussions, or to step in and assist when you need a second opinion.
• Weekly Case Review Sessions
  :
  Join collaborative learning sessions where we discuss interesting cases, share diagnostic approaches, and learn from each other in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
• Protected Learning Time

  Your schedule includes built-in time for case research, continuing education, and skill development—not just back-to-back appointments.
• Hands-On Skill Development
  :
  Want to improve your dentistry skills? Master ultrasound? Build confidence in soft tissue surgery? We'll work with you to create opportunities for hands-on learning with experienced mentors guiding you.

You'll have access to top-notch equipment, modern facilities, and a team of experts who genuinely want to see you succeed. We maintain high standards of care with a well-organized workflow, so you can focus on developing your clinical skills rather than fighting disorganized systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000 - $220,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities
