Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a dedicated RN/LPN Weekend Warrior for night shift (7p–7a). If you’re a compassionate nurse looking for a consistent weekend schedule and a team-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!
ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio (required)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and communication
Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
