We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the safe and reliable operation of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support production teams by keeping equipment running smoothly. This position requires a hands‑on problem solver who is dependable, safety‑conscious, and eager to grow their skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and utilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Support equipment setups, changeovers, and adjustments as needed to meet production schedules.
• Record maintenance activity accurately in the CMMS system.

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Assist operators with machine start‑ups and performance checks.
• Keep tools, parts, and supplies organized for efficient repairs.

• Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
• Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, and arc flash safety programs.

• Participate in root‑cause analysis and develop long‑term solutions.
• Suggest improvements that boost reliability and reduce waste.
• Support cost‑saving and energy efficiency initiatives.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of multi‑craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems is a plus.
  • CMMS experience preferred.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, PPE required).
  • Stamina for extended periods of physical activity and concentration.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying shift lengths (8–12 hours) and occasional weekends.
