• Develop strategies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency across manufacturing sites
• Assess processes, systems, and equipment to identify and eliminate loss
• Prepare financial justifications for optimization and capital projects
• Collaborate with manufacturing site teams and coach site leaders on continuous improvement tools
• Analyze data to identify and communicate loss‑reduction opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar engineering field
• 7+ years of Industrial Engineering experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain
• Proven success leading cross‑functional resources in a matrix environment
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Unified Problem Solving, and Work Process Improvement

• History of successful program development and delivery
• Skilled in coaching leaders at all levels on continuous improvement tools
• Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leaders
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, SPC, and Design of Experiments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
