• Take input from Production Control team to coordinate production gage verification activities for the day.
• Validate completion of production gage verification.
• Support gage room staff in gage verification process.
• Other administrative and supportive duties as needed.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish work and solve problems.
• Maintain appropriate records related to the Quality System.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• A Bachelor’s OR Associate/5-year degree not required, but a plus.
• Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED with manufacturing environment experience.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation and application.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and product blueprints in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

$35.00 - $37.00 Per Hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

This role is considered an on-site position located in Troy, OH

• First shift hours: 7AM-3PM (Weekdays)
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Due to the nature of the work, No travel is required.
