Assembler/Forklift Operator/Production Role

Shift Availability:
1st: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
2nd: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
3rd: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

• Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places
• Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies
• Must be a certified forklift operator or have a forklift licence
• Must have all Personal Protection equipment’s (PPE) such as bump caps, steel toe boots over the ankle, ear plugs, and safety glasses

• Following general safety guidelines
• Bend, stoop and kneel when required
• Keep pace of production line
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Assemble smaller components onto larger components
• Inspect parts for quality
• Detect and report defective materials to supervisor
• Conduct machine operation and safety checks on prescribed intervals
• Perform general clean-up and organization of work area (SCORE - Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency)
• Other duties as assigned to maintain production
