We're growing fast and looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our existing maintenance team. The right candidate can install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production operations. This role supports preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Your MissionMinimize equipment downtime and production disruptions. Complete preventive maintenance tasks on schedule and maintain accurate maintenance records. Support safety, quality and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities- Safety: understand and use LOTO procedures; demonstrate proper PPE usage; proper use of lifts, ladders and work safely at heights; process equipment improvements related to safety.
- Breakdown Tracking: complete breakdown of work orders; track downtime and labor hours accurately in the MVP software system; work to reduce downtime through PMs and equipment/process improvements.
- PM Completion: work with cell coordinators/supervisors to work PM time into schedule; meet 85% PM completion rate; work to improve on‑time completion of PMs.

Competency:
mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills required; strong knowledge of PLC and control systems; HVAC troubleshooting; must be able to drive a forklift/scissor lift.

- Technical: You have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, automation & controls, and preventive & predictive maintenance.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
