As the Activity Director, you will design and implement a diverse calendar of programs that promote meaningful engagement, enhance quality of life, and support the unique interests and abilities of our residents. You’ll be responsible for coordinating group activities, one‑on‑one interactions, community events, and intergenerational programs in collaboration with our dedicated interdisciplinary team.

• A dynamic leader with strong organizational and communication skills

• Prior experience in a long‑term care or healthcare setting

• Certification as an Activity Professional (or willingness to obtain)

• Enthusiasm, compassion, and a true desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors

• Planning and executing a comprehensive monthly activity calendar

• Supervising and mentoring activity staff and volunteers

• Coordinating resident outings and special events
