Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Retirement Planning Specialist based in Troy, OH. The Retirement Planning Specialist will assist clients in developing tailored retirement strategies, evaluate financial options, and provide sound advice. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess their needs, analyzing financial situations, creating comprehensive plans, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Specialists will also collaborate with other professionals to ensure clients achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical and Planning skills to evaluate financial data and develop customized retirement strategies.
- Solid Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, explain complex concepts, and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledge of Finance and related tools or frameworks to create and manage retirement plans effectively.
- Proven Customer Service abilities to build trust, address client needs, and ensure a positive experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
