Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop innovative solutions for commercial warewashing equipment. This role is heavy on CAD and concept development, supporting new product initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Create concept designs, 3D CAD models, and manufacturing drawings using Creo.
- Develop prototypes, test plans, and engineering documentation.
- Manage bills of materials and release documentation through change processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to resolve product issues and improve quality.
- Drive cost, quality, and performance improvements in product design.
- Conduct engineering studies and analyze data for design validation.
- Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in product design and development.
- Knowledge of sheet metal design, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Familiarity with FEA/CFD tools preferred.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
