Overview

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented General Manager to lead our team at our 131 N Lincoln Dr location in Troy, United States. As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and cash control
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs and control labor costs
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
